CUSTOMER IN THE SPOTLIGHT LONGVIEW FAB & MACHINE, INC. 57 FRJ Drive - Longview, TX 75602 (903) 238-8300 LONGVIEW FAB & MACHINE, INC. is a machine and fabrication job shop primarily focused on OEM subcontract manufacturing of industrial machinery and equipment. LFM also performs maintenance machine work, fabrication and construction services as well as installation services for heavy industry. LFM provides its customers a single source that can fabricate, machine, and install a single part (or a large project) without having to deal with multiple vendors. The Company is located in a new facility on 8.8 acres in the East Industrial Park of Longview, Texas. The building is approximately 20,000 square feet, including the office. The manufacturing area is a pre-engineered metal building with 35' high sidewalls and two runways for overhead cranes that run the length of the building. One runway supports 1 each 10 ton and 1 ea 5-ton overhead cranes while the other runway supports 2 each 15 ton and 1 ea 5-ton overhead cranes. The shop contains three areas: A CNC machine shop that includes vertical machining centers, horizontal turning centers, and horizontal boring mills with built in rotary table. A manual machine shop that includes lathes, milling machines, horizontal and vertical boring mills, drills, presses, and keyseaters. This gives us the capability to manufacture or repair all types of parts used by industrial companies. (i.e. - shafts, rollers, bushings, valves, flanges, gear boxes, etc.) A full fabrication shop that includes shears, press brakes, plate rolls, CNC plasma and oxy fuel burning machine, saws, and welding equipment. This allows us to fabricate a wide range of materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel (sheet, plate, pipe and structural) into tanks, hoppers, conveyors, vessels, skids, stairs, railings, and structural steel to name a few examples.
