We continue to encounter field service cases where users have purchased or have been supplied used or remanufactured Fadal machines, used, refurbished, substituted or after-market Fadal parts by 3rd party groups and on-line companies claiming to have but having no affiliation with Fadal Machining Centers. Customers are advised that this has led to problems with the machine tool and it's continued support due to the use of unauthorized and/or incompatible components. In many cases, we are even discovering that the customer has paid more than the factory list price. Hillary Machinery Inc only supplies new Fadal machines and genuine Fadal parts that have been tested and approved by Fadal, and we only work with approved 3rd parties who supply genuine factory based machines and parts. Hillary Machinery Inc may not be able to support machines that have been remanufactured, supplied, or serviced by third parties if they have been previously serviced by individuals or firms using unauthorized, substituted, or un-approved Fadal parts.
